A few Features added

Added /warps, this feature is added for the new comers because I have noticed that one of the first commands that a new player uses is /warp. This new feature includes :

- Teleport to spawn

- Teleport to Arena

- Teleport to Shops

- Teleport to Home

- Teleport to previous location

- Cue BendingBattle

- Teleport to plots

Added more reward to votes:

- 10 diamonds

- 100 bonus Claim blocks
