My House Was Griefed!
There a few reason why this might have happen:
- Unclaimed house: you need to claim your house in order to protect it from griefers. Click here to learn how to claim your house
- Untrustworthy trusted: what does that mean? well it means that you have claimed your house, but trusted somone who wasnt trustworthy, allowing them to grief your house.

My Things Were Stolen!
Simmilar to griefed there are a few reason why this might have happen:
- Unclaimed house: you need to claim your chest in order to protect it from thieves. Click here to learn how to claim your house
- Untrustworthy trusted: what does that mean? well it means that you have claimed your house, but trusted somone who wasnt trustworthy, allowing them to steal you items

PLEASE! Let us know and help you in game to try to find who did this. (lying will not get you your items back, or the items you wish to have)

bending
My Bending is not working?
There are two possible reasons why this is:
​
- Your in somone else's claim: people have their claims protected againsta people who use their abilities to grief their houses
​
- your abilities have been toggled: try using the command /t
​

Where can i build?
Spawn is protected within 50 blocks away. If you are in this area, you won't be able to build. You could walk far away from spawn until you are able to, or you can go to the plots located south of spawn, move towards the south point and you will see an iron pressure plate, step on it and it will take you to a plots area, from here, just find an available plot to claim. Or explore out of the plots area so you can choose an unpopulated area instead.

i died
I died, Where's my stuff!?!
Whenever you die, it will show you your coordinates of your death:

You can choose whether you want to go to the coordinates, or have an operator to teleport you there instead. Note, that staff members arent always online, and if you failed to find your Items, do NOT expect us to remake them for you.

Can I choose a different element?
NOPE! Unfortunately for you, you can't re-choose your element. You may however make another account until it gives you the element you want. Note that you can only make 3 accounts max.

Can I have a second element?
Um, No, what makes you think we will give you a second element, if we dont even allow you to re-choose your element. And again, you can make a second account for possibly a different element, (Rememeber: you can only make 3 accounts max)

Someone is bieng mean to me :C
when someone is saying bad things about you, simply do /ignore <player>, Simple.. Feel free to talk to us about this person so we can give them a warning.
