Update

New Homes plugin:

- new features such as a GUI menu for easier homes access (/homelist)

- Working home lists

- Players can now make 5 homes instead of just 3.

Bug fixes:

- fixed home in /warps not working

Other updates:

- Lowered Fireball cooldown by 0.5 seconds.

- decreased Metal Clips damage to 2.0 health points. (from 6.0)

- People who only have Chi are immune to bending amplifiers including states (except Avatarstate)

Further examination will occur for Chi blocking.
